Tanabe Kumano Kodo Guided Walk

A guided walk along the Kumano Kodo Nakahechi Route starting from Tanabe City. Local storyteller guides walk with you while explaining the history and faith of the ancient path, as well as the plants and ecosystem along the route. There are diverse plans available, from a 2-hour course for beginners to a full-day course for those with good fitness level, and you'll be guided carefully through points of interest that are easily overlooked on your own.
