Tateyama Sunset Pier is Japan's longest pier at 500 meters, offering unobstructed 360-degree panoramic views from its tip. The sunset setting in the west has been selected as one of "Japan's 100 Best Sunsets," and the contrast between Mount Fuji's silhouette and the orange sky is breathtakingly beautiful. Around the winter solstice, you can also witness Diamond Fuji. The pier is open to the public free of charge, and you'll see local fishermen and people taking leisurely walks. The surrounding area features Hojo Beach and sandy shores where you can enjoy beachcombing.
