Bonus Track is a new commercial area in Shimokitazawa that opened in 2020. Built on former railway tracks created by the underground relocation of the Odakyu Line, it brings together unique stores. Independent bookstore "Hon-ya B&B," a fermented food specialty store, a specialty coffee roastery, and other carefully curated shops line the area. The central plaza regularly hosts market events. It also functions as a community space for the local area and has become a new cultural hub for Shimokitazawa.
