Kaiyukan's Whale Shark

Kaiyukan is one of the world's largest aquariums, featuring Pacific Rim marine life surrounding the Pacific Ocean. The star attraction is the Pacific Ocean tank where the whale shark swims—a massive tank 9 meters deep and 34 meters in length—and you'll be overwhelmed by the sight of it swimming gracefully through the water. The facility has a unique spiral structure that descends from the 8th floor, where you can encounter approximately 620 species and 30,000 specimens of creatures.
