Glover Garden is a tourist attraction featuring Western-style mansions of foreign merchants who lived in Nagasaki from the late Edo period through the Meiji era. The former Glover Residence, Japan's oldest wooden Western-style building, is registered as a World Heritage site, and visitors can enjoy spectacular scenery overlooking Nagasaki Harbor alongside spaces filled with exotic charm. Two Heart Stones are hidden within the garden, and legend has it that finding them brings blessings in matters of love.
