Kinosaki Onsen is one of the best hot spring resorts in Kansai, with a history spanning over 1,300 years. Visiting the seven public baths (Gosho-no-yu, Ichi-no-yu, Jizou-yu, etc.) in yukata attire, known as 'public bath hopping,' is its signature experience. Walking through the willow-lined hot spring town while the sound of wooden sandals echoes creates an exceptional atmosphere. In winter, it's customary to enjoy this alongside snow crab cuisine, and the town is also known as a center of literature.
