Nerima Hikawa Shrine Children's Summer Festival

Every summer, Hikawa Shrine in Nerima Ward hosts a community children's festival. During the children's portable shrine procession, children wearing happi coats shout 'Wasshoi!' as they parade through the neighborhood.
