Nagoro Gorge is a gorge carved by the Ara River cutting through the Chichibu Mountains, famous for its 'Iwatatatami' (rocky plateaus), designated as a National Scenic Spot and Natural Monument. The scenic boat tour descends about 6km through rapids and calm waters in traditional boats, offering an exhilarating experience.
