Kumano Nachi Taisha is one of the three Kumano shrines, and the adjacent Nachi Falls has a drop of 133 meters, boasting Japan's highest. It is registered as a UNESCO World Heritage site under "Sacred Sites and Pilgrimage Routes in the Kii Mountain Range," and the view where the vermillion three-storied pagoda and Nachi Falls can be seen together is exceptional.
