A kids kayak experience school where children can safely enjoy themselves on Lake Biwa

The calm waters of Lake Biwa provide an ideal environment for children's kayak experiences, and kids kayak schools are popular here. Wearing life jackets, tandem kayaks piloted by instructors are available for children from age 5 and up. Water safety education is included, allowing children to learn proper water-side behaviors while having fun. Many families visit during summer vacation for this adventure experience.
