During the July-August kelp fishing season, you can gather natural kombu washed ashore on the beach under the guidance of a local fisherman. After the experience, enjoy authentic fisherman's cuisine at the fisherman's home, including kombu broth-infused miso soup, sea urchin rice bowls, and other dishes showcasing Rishiri's ocean bounty.
