Expo Memorial Park in Suita City is a vast park developed on the site of the 1970 Osaka Expo. Centered around the Tower of the Sun created by Okamoto Taro, it features abundant large play equipment for children including the Waku Waku Pond Adventure Plaza and Yatta ne no Ki, with varied activities such as roller slides, net play equipment, and sandboxes. In the Natural & Cultural Park Area, you can also explore forests and enjoy water play in streams. The adjacent Expocity has Nifrel (an aquarium) and VS PARK, making it enjoyable for a full day.
