Kino-jo is an ancient mountain castle ruin said to be the setting of the Momotaro demon-slaying legend. Families can walk the well-maintained trail and view the restored west gate and corner tower. From the ridge at approximately 400 meters elevation, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Kibi Plain—an ideal spot to spark children's sense of adventure. The Visitor Center offers easy-to-understand information about Kino-jo's history.
