Hakuba Happo Pond

Happo Pond is a natural pond located at 2,060m elevation on the Hakuba Happo Ridge. On calm days, the majestic Hakuba Sanzan is reflected on the water's surface, creating a breathtaking vista. It can be reached by taking a gondola and connecting lifts, followed by approximately 90 minutes of trekking, making it accessible even for beginner mountaineers. Alpine wildflowers bloom here as well, with the peak viewing season from summer through autumn.
