During the winter brewing season, breweries offer sake-making experience programs where you can participate in processes such as rice washing, steaming, and koji production. Under the guidance of a toji (master brewer), this is a valuable opportunity to learn about the sake-making process up close. You can also enjoy tasting freshly made new sake.
