The harvesting experience of pulling up daikon radish with your own hands in a farmer's field will surprise you with the feel of the soil and the weight of the daikon. After harvesting, participate in a pickle-making experience where you'll learn to prepare takuan and bettara-zuke pickles from a farmer's mother.
