Kamishihoro Balloon Flight Experience

Kamishihoro Town is the mecca of ballooning where the Hokkaido Balloon Festival is held every February. Outside the festival period, hot air balloon flight experiences are also available on summer mornings. The approximately 30-minute flight that overlooks the vast farmland of the Tokachi Plains and the Daisetsuzan Mountain Range from above offers spectacular scenery that cannot be experienced on the ground.
