Kagoshima White Bear Shaved Ice

White Bear is Kagoshima's specialty shaved ice, made with finely shaved fluffy ice generously drizzled with homemade condensed milk and elegantly topped with colorful fruits, agar, raisins, and more. The name comes from its appearance, which resembles a white bear's face when viewed from above. 'Mujaki,' a historic establishment in Tenmonkan, is known as the original creator. Even the regular size is remarkably generous in volume. While particularly delicious eaten in Kagoshima's hot summer, it remains a popular menu item throughout the year, enjoyed indoors during winter as well.
