Kagawa Prefecture is so deeply rooted in udon culture that it calls itself 'Udon Prefecture,' and hand-made udon experience workshops are held throughout the region. Starting from mixing flour, salt, and water, you'll experience the entire process—stepping on the dough to develop its chewy texture, stretching it with a rolling pin, and cutting it with a knife. The udon you make yourself has a distinctive springy, chewy texture and exceptional taste. You'll also learn how to make dashi broth, making it a practical experience program you can recreate at home.
