At the glass workshop in Iwanai Town, you can experience crafting using the traditional glass float ball techniques that were once used in herring fishing nets. Blow molten glass and shape it into a sphere, then wrap colored glass of your choice to create an original float ball. A unique program where you can experience both fishing history and glass-blowing techniques at the same time. The finished product can be sent to you by mail after cooling.
