Cosmos Hill at Hitachi Seaside Park

While Hitachi Seaside Park is famous for its nemophila in spring, the autumn kochia foliage is equally stunning and not to be missed. Approximately 32,000 kochia trees planted on Miharashi Hill turn a brilliant red in October—a truly magnificent sight. Cosmos also reach their peak bloom during the same period, creating a beautiful contrast between the red kochia and pink cosmos. The expansive park also features cycling courses and a BBQ garden, making it perfect for an active fall day.
