Maya Mountain Kinseido's Ten Million Dollar Night View

Maya Mountain Kinseido is counted as one of Japan's three greatest night views. The night view of Kobe and Osaka seen from an elevation of 690m is called the 'Ten Million Dollar Night View.' Its name, 'Kinseido' (literally 'star-scooping terrace'), comes from how close the stars feel—as if you could scoop them up by reaching out your hand. It's easily accessible by transferring between a cable car and ropeway, and from the observation deck, a panorama of Osaka Bay and a sea of lights spreads out. It's also popular as a date spot.
