Sekigahara Historic Battlefield Tour
A guided historical walk through the historic battlefield of the Battle of Sekigahara, the decisive battle for supremacy of the realm
The historic battlefield where the 1600 Battle of Sekigahara took place still retains camp ruins from that era in various locations. A tour course has been developed starting from the Sekigahara Historic Battlefield Museum, visiting sites such as Ishida Mitsunari's Sasao-yama camp ruins and Tokugawa Ieyasu's final camp site. With audio guides and an interactive theater, visitors can experience the intensity of the battle—a must-see for history lovers. A walk combined with autumn foliage is also recommended.
