Numajiri Wetland of Minami-Aizu

A hidden wetland on the west side of Oze in Minami-Aizu Town. The summer wetland where Japanese false hellebore and cotton grass bloom is a secret spot where you can enjoy nature peacefully without the crowds of Oze. With well-maintained wooden boardwalks, you can complete a circuit of the wetland in about an hour. The contrast between the blue sky reflected in the water and the alpine plants is beautiful.
