Assabu Uzura River Water Source Forest

Assabu Town is home to a precious forest where the northern-limit Hinoki Asunaro (Hiba cypress) naturally flourishes in abundance. Centuries-old giant trees stand throughout the forest, and the clear stream flowing through it is also used as the town's water source.
