Scattered across the area are studios dedicated to pottery, glass, woodcraft, textiles, and more, offering a luxurious shopping experience where you can meet artisans directly and learn about the stories behind their works. Tableware and cutlery crafted from Hokkaido-produced materials such as ash, fraxinus, and walnut are popular as warm, one-of-a-kind pieces. Every July, artisans and craft enthusiasts from across the country gather for the craft market.
