At Hirosaki City's cider workshop, you can experience brewing cider using Tsugaru apples. You'll go through each step firsthand - from selecting apple varieties, pressing, adding yeast, and bottling. While learning how fermentation works, you'll craft your own original cider. You can also have the finished product delivered to your home about one month after completion.
