At the herb garden on the shores of Lake Kawaguchi, lavender comes into bloom from June to July, offering spectacular views of purple flower fields with Mt. Fuji in the background. The lavender picking experience allows you to take home fresh herbs, and handmade sachet (scent bag) workshops using picked lavender are also popular. You can enjoy an elegant time with herbal tea and lavender soft serve ice cream.
