Azumino City, where abundant snowmelt water from the Northern Alps springs forth, is Japan's top wasabi production area. The wasabi fields with clear spring water flowing through them are also famous as filming locations for NHK serial TV dramas. In this experience program, you'll enter the wasabi fields to harvest and taste freshly grated authentic wasabi with soba noodles and rice.
