Located in Osako Town, Hanamaki City, Iwate Prefecture, "Edelweiss" is a representative winery of Tohoku. Taking advantage of the cool climate and large day-night temperature differences, it produces high-quality wines from grape varieties unique to cold regions, such as Riesling Lyon and Müller-Thurgau. At the winery tour, you can taste multiple wines while being guided through the brewing facilities. Limited edition wines can also be purchased at the attached shop. The scenery of the nearby vineyards is beautiful, making it a must-visit spot for wine enthusiasts.
